Rugged and sturdy construction ensures safety and comfort for your guests. The foundation is constructed of a 3-inch metal frame covered in locally sourced yellow cedar for a beautiful west coast look.
The metal base platform is a standard size of 5’ 10” W x 20’ L, which fits into the current City of Vancouver patio regulations with and without roofs. We’ll provide full details if you require a permit.
A local product, these modular patios are wholly constructed offsite in Delta, BC. Your location is unaffected until delivery of your new patio. This takes approximately 60-90 minutes.
Playscape’s Cedar Patio Decks are perfect for commercial and residential use. They are mounted on a galvanized steel frame for durability, longer life and the frame also allows you to have a Hiab or crane relocate it in the future. We use cedar and the corners are 6″ x 6″ posts and the patios are available with and without pergola roofs. Patio is finished with a non-toxic locally sourced finish that comes in a variety of stain colors.
